Orders can easily be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we can only accept returns if they are returned on time and in accordance with the guidelines below.
Returned items must be in their original condition: boxes, shoeboxes and dustbags must be complete and undamaged. All products must be new and unworn, price tags must be originally sealed. Items that are damaged, soiled or shown to have been worn will not be refunded. If possible, please use the original shipping packaging for the return.
Please try on shoes on a carpet to avoid damaging the soles. Please return all items including dust bag and shoe box.
All candles must be returned unused and in their original unopened packaging.
Lingerie and shapewear must be tried on over underwear without removing the protective adhesive strip.
Personalized products are non-returnable.
All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of order.

Returns from Germany
For your return from Germany, please download a return form and a returns label from our portal and stick this on your package. You will receive all additional information and further steps here. Unpaid returns will not be accepted by weddorable and will be returned to sender.
Once we have received and passed the quality control of your return, we will issue a refund as soon as possible. This can take between 5-10 business days. The refund corresponds to your originally selected payment method.

Returns from abroad
Please note that we only offer free returns for returns within Germany. For your returns from abroad, please enclose the delivery note and tick the returned products.

Unpaid returns will not be accepted by weddorable and will be returned to sender.
If you are returning a product, we cannot be held responsible for products that are stolen or lost in transit. To avoid this, we recommend that you send your package back to us using a secure and trackable shipping carrier of your choice. Please also make sure that you send your package insured and that the return slip is enclosed. Returns that are unidentifiable will be returned to sender and will not be refunded.
Please keep the receipt for the package until you have received your refund. After receipt and successful quality control of your return, we will arrange the refund as soon as possible. This can take between 5-10 business days. The refund corresponds to your originally selected payment method. International duties and sales taxes are non-refundable (applies to deliveries outside the EU).
